Zionsville Citizen Science Day
Hussey-Mayfield Library 250 N 5th St, Zionsville, IN, United StatesZionsville Parks & Recreation and the Hussey-Mayfield Memorial Public Library have joined for the inaugural Zionsville Citizen Science Day, where volunteers can join scientists to answer real-world questions. Learn about upcoming science-based programs and research projects where you can contribute or volunteer. ABAS will be on hand to teach about eBird, iNaturalist, and bird banding.

Bird Zionsville Week – Birding for Beginners
Starkey Park 667 Sugarbush Drive, Zionsville, IN, United StatesDo you want to learn more about birds but don’t know where to start? This introductory class will cover the identification of common backyard birds, binocular use, and how to attract birds to your yard. This program features a Thursday evening webinar with an optional Saturday morning field day to practice what you’ve learned. A Zoom link to the Thursday webinar will be sent out to all registered participants the week of the program.
