SUMMARY:Fall Birding at Goose Pond - FULL
DESCRIPTION:Contact Chuck Anderson to be put on a standby list for this FULL field trip. \nJoin field trip leaders Logan and Kristina Lakins\, and Jonathan and Whitney Yoerger\, for an afternoon field trip to Goose Pond Fish & Wildlife Area in search of waterfowl\, cranes\, and raptors. Just before dusk\, Short-eared Owls will likely appear. \nMeet at the Goose Pond Visitor’s Center parking lot at 1:00 pm. The majority of the field trip will be by car with multiple stops to get out to view birds. Make sure to bring your binoculars and a spotting scope if you have one. A limited number of binoculars will be available to lend if needed. \nThis field trip is limited to 10 participants and prior registration is required.
